PLUS+ System Enhancements
- Flush-Grind ArchitectureĀ ā Allows complete contact on flat surfaces and access to restricted geometries without interference from lock nuts.
- Turbo Thread Adapter CompatibilityĀ ā Enables rapid,Ā tool-free installation and removal, improving operational efficiency in production workflows.
- Dual-Grit ConfigurationĀ ā 40 grit edge and face for aggressive stock removal; 80 grit rear surface for refined finishing and edge dressing.
Capable of dry or wet cutting applications across a full range of substrates, includingferrous and non-ferrous metals, stainless steel, cast and ductile iron, aluminum, tile, stone, concrete, and composite masonry materials. The electroplated diamond bond maintains cutting integrity even under variable load and thermal cycling.
Built for versatility and precision, theElectroplated Diamond Grinding Wheeldelivers reliable performance inboth dry and wet conditions. Whether youāre cutting stone, metal, or concrete, its advanced cooling slots and balanced design ensure smooth operation, reduced heat, and extended tool life ā no matter the environment.Safety & Endurance
Please follow the precautions and techniques below.
- Unplug grinder when you're attaching or changing wheels.
- Attach handle and maintain a firm grip with both hands.
- Always use protective guard.
- After installing your new Grinding Wheel, run grinder for one minute in a protected area before use, in order to make sure everything is secure and functioning properly.
- Orient work so debris is directed downward.
- Orient work so the wheel spins away from, not into, sharp edges. This will minimize the possibility that the wheel catches and throws the work piece or causes the grinder to kick back.
- Clamp or secure the work piece if it is not mounted securely already.
